Terms and Conditions:

This card is the property of Lou Malnati's.

*This card may not be used in conjunction with any discounts or coupons, including, but not limited to: corporate and school discounts, new resident coupons, and other promotions. Points are not earned for gratuity and tax. Points may not be earned when redeeming gift cards, as points were awarded when the gift cards were purchased. Rewards may not be used to purchase gift cards. Points are never awarded on redeemed reward value.

The card must be presented at the time of purchase, and allows only registered members to the benefits described here. Points will not be awarded retroactively for purchases made before you have received your physical Deep Dish Dough card. The membership is non transferable. Members may not link cards or transfer points between cards. Only the member who pays the bill can receive the points.

Although Deep Dish Dough rewards may be earned on any day of the week, they may only be used toward future purchases Monday through Thursday at any Lou Malnati's location. Rewards may not be used for private parties. Points may not be earned on Tastes of Chicago purchases, and rewards may not be redeemed for Tastes of Chicago purchases.

**This card has no cash value. Lou Malnati's is not responsible for lost or stolen cards or their data.

Lou Malnati's reserves the right to reset the point balance of cards which are inactive for one year to zero. However, any unused value will remain on the card and does not expire.

By providing us with your email address during registration, you consent to receive periodic statements via email.

Lou Malnati's reserves the right to alter or cancel the program without notice. Personal information is kept strictly confidential, and Lou Malnati's does not sell our customer data.

For catering orders credit will not be received for non-food related charges, such as labor, truck rental, linen rental, supplies, delivery charges, or tax.
